Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive on the property at 2:40 PM, but no later than 2:50 PM. The venue is a bit of a drive once you're on the property, so we recommend allowing extra time for travel. Arriving between 2:25 PM and 2:45 PM is ideal, but please avoid arriving earlier than 2:10 PM as we’ll still be preparing. We want to ensure everyone has plenty of time to settle in before the ceremony!

Will their be any alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

As per the terms of the contract the bride and groom have signed with the venue, alcohol is not permitted on the property. Any alcohol brought onto the property could result in the entire event being shut down and immediate removal from the venue. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these guidelines. We’re excited to celebrate with you and make it a memorable day!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate guests with plus ones. We hope you understand, as we’ve had to make some tough decisions to ensure that we can celebrate with our closest family and friends. Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the venue's strict rules regarding child supervision, we are unable to accommodate children at the wedding, except for those in our immediate family. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue on a gravel road. To ensure your comfort and safety, we recommend wearing thick heels or sturdy shoes, as stilettos may be challenging on the gravel. We want everyone to have a smooth arrival, so please plan accordingly. We can’t wait to see you there!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide transportation from the hotel to the venue. We recommend calling an Uber or Lyft for a convenient and safe ride. If you need help arranging a ride or have any questions, feel free to reach out! We want everyone to get there comfortably and on time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want to make sure everyone enjoys the meal, so if you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences, please let us know in advance!
