What Time Should Guest Arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive starting at 3:00PM. Starting at 3:20PM the front doors will be closed as that is area the wedding party will gather for the ceremony and guests will be asked to walk around the side of the building. Cocktail Hour and Reception to Follow.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance. Please RSVP by February 14, 2027.

What is the Attire?

Formal/Cocktail: While Tuxes and Gowns are Welcome, so are Cocktail Dresses and Suits (our groomsmen will be wearing suits!).

Is there an Open Bar?

Yes! From Cocktail Hour through Part of the Reception. Tips for the Bartenders are appreciated.

Will Transportation Be Provided?

Answer

Shuttles from Courtyard by Marriott Winter Haven and Home2 Suites by Hilton Winter Haven to the venue will be available. Details are in the transportation section. Especially if you plan to drink, we encourage you use the shuttle as the roads heading to the venue are not lit and are narrow.

Is there Parking Available at the Venue?
