We recommend arriving between 3:00pm-3:15pm to enjoy the pre-ceremony music and ensure you’re seated before the ceremony begins at 3:30pm.

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire, think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or dressy separates. The ceremony is outdoors, so keep the weather and terrain in mind when choosing shoes and layers. The reception will be indoors, so you can be comfortable once the sun sets!

We adore your kiddos, but we are planning an adults-only event. Children are welcome only if they are named on the formal invitation. We appreciate your understanding, and hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re working with a carefully prepared guest list. For planning purposes, we’re only able to accommodate those specifically named on the invitation. If you received a plus one, you’ll see that listed on your invite. If not, we promise you’ll still have an amazing time with all the great company attending!

Most of our family and friends are local or staying with someone nearby, so we haven’t reserved a hotel block. If you’re coming from out of town and need help finding a place to stay near the venue, we’re happy to assist — just reach out!

Yes! On the RSVP card, there will be a place to list any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Dinner will be served buffet-style with several options, and we’re working closely with our caterer to ensure all dietary needs are accommodated. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out — we’ve got you covered!

Answer

Yes, parking will be available behind the venue. However, to avoid disrupting the ceremony, guests arriving between 3:30-4:00pm will be asked to park in the front lot. There will be an opportunity to move your car later, if needed. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the music and get settled!
