We want you to feel comfortable, while also looking your best at our wedding. The dress code for our wedding is dressy casual, similar to what you would wear to church on Easter Sunday! For women, think nice dresses with sandals or heels. We encourage bright, fun colors and floral prints. For men, think dress pants, such as a suit or khaki pants, a button down shirt, maybe a suit jacket, and dress shoes. Dress jeans are also acceptable, and would be great with a button down shirt and suit jacket. Please, no athletic wear, worn-out denim, or shades of white.
Please RSVP by May 1, 2025. Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by that date, we will have to consider you not in attendance due to deadlines from our venue and caterer. You can RSVP through the RSVP tab on our website. If you are struggling to find your name or family, please reach out to Aubrey, and she can help you fill the form out!
Our venue has a gravel parking lot near the reception hall. It would be best to drive to the venue, but our venue prohibits overnight parking so please plan accordingly. The ceremony site is just a short, paved walk towards the lake from the parking lot.
Our ceremony will be outdoors on a concrete peninsula overlooking a beautiful lake. Our cocktail hour will also be outdoor on the covered patio, with access to indoors for the bar, restrooms, or if needed due to heat. Our dinner & reception will be inside the reception hall.
Unfortunately, due to limited space and budget restrictions, we don't have the ability to invite plus ones or children outside of our predetermined guest list. The names that are listed on your invitation represent who you can bring with you! You will be able to RSVP for each individual person on your invitation to let us know who out of your party will be attending. While we would love to invite everyone, it is just not possible at this time. Please let Aubrey know if you have any questions or concerns.
We will have an open bar during our cocktail hour, dinner & reception! We will be serving beer, wine, seltzers, and signature Mr. & Mrs. drinks. Our sweet friend Brandee will be our bartender, so please be sure to bring cash to tip her for her service!
We ask that our guests please keep phones and cameras put away during our wedding ceremony. Our amazing photographer, Katie, will be taking photos of the entire day, and we will share those photos as soon as we get them if that is something you want! At our reception, however, we encourage you to take as many photos as you want! Please be sure to share them with us as well, so we can have all the fun memories to look back on!
