How & when should I RSVP?

Answer

As soon as possible, the sooner the better! We appreciate your prompt response. To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RSVP before October 10, 2025. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining: we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your kids, the venue has limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited. However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear on the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Western Elegance The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by a reception indoors. We’d really appreciate it if guests could dress up for our special day, however that looks for you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early to park, mingle with other guests and get seated before the " I Do's". If you find yourself arriving late please stay in your car and join us for the cocktail hour and reception.

Where will the wedding be taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Cedar Valley Forest.
