Where is the ceremony and reception located?
Answer
The ceremony will be held at the gazebo and the reception will be held in the tent behind the hotel at Par 4 Resort. So the ceremony will be outside, with the reception being in a tent, heated, if needed.

What is the price of a hotel room for the block?
Answer
A Queen double room is $129.95 per night. A King suite is $139.95. The room block is available util September 3, 2020.

Yes, we would love to have your children be a part of our day!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If a plus one was indicated on your RSVP, then a plus one is welcome. Otherwise, please refrain from bringing a plus one to ceremony/dinner, but they are welcome to come to the reception.

COVID-19 Response

During these unprecedented times we will not be requiring the use of face masks. If you choose to wear PPE, you are more than welcome to. We do ask to air on the side of caution and if you are experiencing ANY symptoms we ask that you do not come. During all festivities, we will be providing color coded bracelets. GREEN will be "all go, approach me" YELLOW will be "I am practicing social distancing" and RED will be "Please steer clear of me". Thank you for understanding and we will fully understand any of you that choose not to come due to COVID-19.
