Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This will be a black-tie event (optional) suit and tux are both appropriate for men, and mid to long dress for the ladies, so please dress to impress!

Where can I park?

Answer

The venue has lots of parking for free for the wedding. Just mention you are here for the wedding, and they will let you in and guide you. The ceremony and reception are on different sites of the venue. You will first park by the ceremony and after that is done you drive to the reception, which is by the "Field House".

Can my kids come?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but unfortunately, we are asking for this to be adults only. We hope this can be an opportunity for all our parents to have fun and enjoy a night out.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation doesn't make clear for another person than unfortunately there will be no plus ones at this time. We are hoping to make room for certain people to bring a plus one. Due to high volume of guest, we are working our best and you will be notified.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside. The reception will be partly inside and outside. I would recommend for guests to bring a jacket. As it will be mid-October, we are not certain about exact weather conditions.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony you will drive to the "Field House" for the reception, which is on the same property as the ceremony. The reception is on the second floor. You will be able to enjoy cocktail hour at that time.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30PM as the ceremony will start at 5:00PM.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, although the reception is on the second floor there is an elevator for guests who may need it.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

YES! If you do not RSVP and show up regardless there will be no room for you.

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes, we are definitely providing dinner, we ask you bring cash for the bar.

Is there going to be Champagne and cider toast?

Answer

Yes, we will provide champagne and cider for the toast.
