When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you can! Please RSVP no later than August 4th. If you are unable to RSVP by that date then we will assume that you regretfully cannot make it to celebrate with us.

Where is the venue?

Answer

13020 N. Bush Hwy, Mesa, AZ 85215 Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch is located 36 minutes east of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Please plan accordingly for travel and drive times.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

3:50 pm. Please allow yourself time to find your seat and get settled before the ceremony begins. We ask that everyone be in their seats by 4:00pm.

Is there parking at the Venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception are outside. Guests will traverse over grass and dirt so please plan your attire, and footwear, accordingly.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

October is still pretty warm in AZ. Plan on low 90s during the ceremony and to cool down to high 70s through the reception.

What should I wear?

Answer

Western wear welcome! Women: dresses, jumpsuits. Be cautious with heels in the grass. Men: Jeans with a dress shirt are appropriate, but feel free to dress up in a suit if you'd like.

Can I bring a plus one?

We ask that only individuals named on the RSVP attend.

Yes, your kids are welcome to come IF they are listed on the RSVP page.

Are there horses in site?

Answer

Yes, there are horses right next to the ceremony space. If you have allergies, please plan accordingly!

Is Caleb's last name Koch or Koke??

Answer

Caleb's legal name is spelled Koch. However, Caleb has branded himself and his businesses publicly using Koke which is why you may see different spellings out there for us! 🫶
