We're getting married!

Our "how we met" story is a long one! It all started back in Kindergarten at Flinthill School in Oakton, VA, where we were just two kids on the playground. We navigated elementary and middle school together, becoming best friends along the way. There was even a short-lived, and let's be honest, slightly embarrassing, "romance" in 8th grade that lasted only one week. Clearly, the timing wasn't right. But senior year we started dating, and eight years later, here we are. Our journey took us to James Madison University, where we both studied in the School of Business. Those four years were a whirlwind of late-nights, too many orders of Chanello's Pizza, football games, and countless memories that we'll cherish forever. It truly became our special place. After graduation, we moved in together in Arlington. Our little family grew to include two furry, four-legged members when we adopted Oscar and Apollo, our adorable (but definitely in charge) cats. From those playground squabbles in kindergarten to sharing a life, our story is a testament to the fact that sometimes, the best things in life take a little time (and a few awkward phases) to find.
