In his words, "The brother I never wanted".. Brenden and I met our freshman year of College at LCU. (I become friends while his wife, Savanna so he would always tag along). Brenden and I have many memories together but nothing beats when he would introduce my girlfriends and I as "savanna's friends" to others. Deep down I know it isn't true even if he tells you different. overtime, I have come to knowledge the fact that, Brenden has actually become a brother to me. When Shawn and I were deciding who should officiant our wedding, "my brother" was the first person that came to my mind. through the teasing over the years, Brenden has shown me that its okay to be your silly self while showing the Love of Christ to others. Love you brother and thank you for being apart of the special day!

When I asked Autumn to be my MOH she said.."uhm.. I'll let you know once we are one or two months out from the wedding." This answer did not surprise me because Autumn is the spunky and last minute planner of all the hartgirlies. Growing up I would be the responsible one while Autumn would wait until the last minute. so I am sure by now you are thinking.. "why in the world would you have her be the MOH??". Here's why, she has been my best friend since the moment she entered this world and she is the reason I became the best big sister ever!! (lol) Anyway, over time, I have seen Autumn grow into a mature, responsible, woman of God. Even though she is my younger sister, I look up to her in a lot of ways and I am SO excited that she will be by my side on the big day. love you sis!
Bryce Thompson
Best Man
Shawn has known Bryce since preschool, and they have been best friends nearly as long. Growing up they bonded over a love of sports and ran cross country together. Later on, they attended community college and also SIU Carbondale together. They also shared an apartment and worked at the same sporting events at SIU occasionally. Bryce is a great guy to go to a concert, sporting event, or just hang out with. He is a friendly, hard working, and down to earth. He is loyal to a fault, and Shawn is excited to have him stand next to him.
Victoria Hart

Victoria, the one that started the hartgirlies gang. Not only did she start up the hartgirlies gang, she was the first of us to move far away from home. She has a big heart for adventure and has made a great little community in Tennessee. If you need to know the best restaurant, shopping mall, concert destination, etc in the Nashville area, she is your girl. I remember when it was just Victoria, Autumn, and I for awhile. Though I don't remember much when her and I were young, I know based off stories and pictures, we did a lot together! From the matching clothes, to the puffy dresses at Christmas time. Now years later, we will all be matching again. Thank you for being my bridesmaid and supporting me along the way. Love you big sis!
Ryan King

Ryan is Shawn's cousin on his moms side. Growing up, Shawn and he would see each other and hang out at almost all holidays. He is the closest in age to Shawn compared to his other cousins. Ryan is adventurous, hard-working, and enjoys video games and doing things outside. He grew up in the Bloomington area, and recently moved to Arizona. We are excited to have him and appreciate him making the trip back home!
Alyssa Hart

Alyssa, AKA Homie!! Alyssa is hands down the best person to put on breading at Chick-Fil-A and a wonderful gift giver. As you can see the picture above, she a wonderful mother to her cat, Jill and auntie to Pepper. Alyssa wanted the "smittens" the be involved in the wedding but we comprised when I said that Titus could come. Alyssa and I have gotten really close over the last few years. She would come and visit me a lot at LCU and we would make many runs to the Thorntons Gas Station up the road for Strawberry Shortcake Slushies. Alyssa may have a quite spirit but once she opens, you come to love her caring, giving, heart. Thank you for being apart of our special day and I cant wait for you bring those crazy dance moves to the dance floor. love you, Homie.
Cole Berry

Cole is also someone Shawn has known since he was little. They went to Belmont School together and shared plenty of experiences growing up. Cole also went to SIUC for college and was next-door neighbors with Shawn and Bryce for a year. Cole enjoys all things basketball (especially Kentucky Wildcats), hunting, and Cowboys football. Cole is now married to his high school sweetheart and coaches high school basketball in Terra Haute, IN. He is someone who genuinely cares about people and we are glad to have him share in our special day!
Ashlee Hart

Ashlee.. the girl that ended the hartgirlies saga. When I asked Ashlee to be bridesmaid she told me "I will not be one if I have to wear Heels or pink." I told her my wedding colors will not be pink and I wont make her wear tall, thick, heels. In a way, I cant blame her for being sassy! She had 4 other sisters in her life with an equal amount of sassy to look up too. lol In all serious, Ashlee is very hard working and compassionate about she does. She wants to become a nurse and my heath journey inspired her to be one. This world needs more nurse like her!! You can Tell God put a fire in heart to help people and met their needs. Thank you for being the sassy one of the bunch and saying yes to stand by me.. Love you!
Isaac Akers

Shawn and Isaac met in the summer of 2014, both taking the transfer track to SIU Carbondale. They had many architecture classes together over the next 3 years, and partnered on a stadium design project. Outside of class, they enjoyed going to the rec and playing basketball. Isaac grew up in the Carbondale area, and now lives and works in Memphis, TN along with his fiancee Kelsey. They are getting married a few weeks after us!
Kayelynn McBee

Kayelynn and I have been best friends since grade school. Over the years I formed a relationship with her parents and now our moms are very good friends! There are many different stories and memories I could share but I will tell you why she is a prime explain of a best friend. Kayelynn has such a giving heart and will be there for me day or night. Explain, she and her husband welcomed me with open arms when my apartment first flooded and I need somewhere to stay last minute. She has always been like that and words can't express how much that means to me. Thank you for being my Side on my special day. Even though her mom and I are the ultimate besties, no one can replace the type of friendship we have. Hey, she made me auntie and nothing can't beat that. I love you Kay Sue!

Kaeden is the son of Shawn's Aunt Dina (his mom's sister). Kaeden is the youngest of the cousins on his mom's side and attends high school at Gibson Southern. He enjoys being in musicals at school, reading, and annoying his sister Lauren (only sometimes!) We are excited to have him be a groomsman in our wedding.
Keri Ankenbrandt

Keri is Shawn's younger sister by 4 years. She graduated USI with her degree in Criminal Justice this past May. When not walking her dog or playing with the family cat, she likes to watch police related TV shows. Keri and Shawn share an athletic side, Keri also plays the piano. She is smart, hardworking and talented and we are excited to have her walk down Shawn's parents!

Alex AKA Felix works at Chick-Fil-A with my sisters, so I became friends with him through them. Felix can be silly but serious at the same time. He welcomed me into the Chick-Fil-A friend group when I came back home from college and moved in with my sisters. This meant the world to me because I had a rough transition after graduating college and not being with my Lincoln Family. Once Felix and Shawn met, I knew that he be would just as welcoming to him as he was with me. Felix is part of the family and has attended my holidays/parties at the Hart home so of course he had to be a part of this special event. Felix, thank you for being a part of our special day!
William Klein

Will... you are the glue that puts my sisters and I back together when we are having a rough time and that right there, is a good friend. Will also works at Chick-Fli-A with my sisters. Will has been the brave soul to take my sisters and I to the store late at night after we all had a long day at work to get food. Will is funny, kind, and all around a great person to be around. If you want to know about Jeeps or want to go on the best jeep ride of your life, he is your guy! Just like Felix, Will has become part of the family over the years and has been to several Hart holidays and parties. Thank you Will, for being a part of this special day.

Lincoln is the son of Brenden (the officiant) and Savanna Pristatch. the Pristatch's were the first of my LCU friends to have a baby. I still remember to this day when Savanna told us she was pregnant with Lincoln. All my LCU girlfriends came to Bloomington for Kyrsten's bridal shower and we were all in my living room when she told us she was pregnant. Lincoln it has been a joy to watch you grow and I am honored that your parents let me a part of your life and my wedding. You are going to be the cutest ring bearer.. love you little guy.
Kenzlee McBee

Kenzlee is the daughter of Kayelynn and Quentin McBee. I will always remember the day Kayelynn told me she was pregnant. She picked me for dinner one day and as we were finishing up our food she said to me, "you are going to an aunt". It took me awhile to fully process what happened and I thought she kidding until she took a sonogram picture of you and that when I was filled of emotions. Kenzlee, you are full of life and such a joy to be around. I am honored to be your auntie Aubs and that you will be on of my adorable flower girls!! I love you Kenzlee Sue.

Hannah and her twin sister Eliza I have know since they were newborns. These two and their little sister Claire loved going to Mrs. Shelly's house and seeing the "older" girls. They both enjoyed when my sisters and I would take them on field trips or do fun activities with them. These girls are a part of our family for years so of course they had to be a part of the special day. When Shawn and I asked them to be our flower girls, they were so excited to be in and told us that they have experience being the flower girls. I told them they are going to have to show Kenzlee and Lincoln how to it's done. Thank you girls being a part of our day. love you both.

Claire is the younger sister of Hannah & Eliza and I have also known her since she was a newborn. This girls loved to go to Mrs. Shelly's house and seeing the "older" girls. Now that Claire is older, she loves to follow in her sisters foot steps and I figured if she saw her sisters apart of the wedding she would want to jump right in and I couldn’t say no to that Claire, you will be a wonderful addition to the wedding party. I love you!

We will have a special guest appearance at the reception. The one, the only, TITUS!! Anyone that meets him instantly falls in love with him and agrees he is a valuable family member. I mean look at that handsome face. PS If you haven’t had the honor of meeting him, he is VERY slobbery so please don’t be offended if he gets some on you. There will be certain people in charge to be on the look out when his mouth needs to be wiped!!)
