Airport Transport

Answer

The hotel provides Hard Rock transport for all booked guests. We have taken the courtesy of booking ALL guest travel from the airport to The Hard Rock already. Your arrival flight information has been shared with the resort in order to arrange all proper transfers. There will be a Hard Rock associate at baggage claim when you arrive in Punta Cana. ** If by chance there has been a change in your arrival or departure information, please let us know as soon as possible.
