When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the ceremony starts. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are unable to extend a plus one to all of our guests. Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus-one.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we reserved room blocks at the Americinn for your conveniences. You can find more details and booking directions on our travel page. If you have further questions, please feel free to reach out!

Is there transportation to and from the reception to the hotels?

Answer

We have arranged for transportation from the reception to the hotels starting at 8:00 p.m. If utilizing transportation please plan to tip the driver. Thank you!

Can I bring my own drinks?

Answer

Yes, you may bring your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; however alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided by the bride and groom. We will do our best to calculate beverages accordingly, but drinks may run slim towards the end of the night and there will be limited selection of drinks. Please plan accordingly for your drink of choice. Water, pop, Micheloeb Ultra, Busch Light, and Coors Light will be provided.
