Spouses and partners are allowed. However, it is only limited to one guest. Older children are not included in this limitation.
Because we are trying to keep our wedding small, we ask if you keep small children at home. If that is not possible, we've added a zoom meeting for the ceremony of the wedding if you'd still like to attend virtually.
We recommend going for a formal approach appropriate for fall and cool spring weather. Also, wear colors that are more neutral or muted in color. Do NOT wear the color or any shade of pink. Please bring comfortable sneakers and comfortable clothes. Savannah is a city made for walking and paved with cobblestone and historical stairs. When the ceremony is over, we recommend you wear something comfortable to be able to tour Savannah freely.
You can choose to either join us for brunch at "Mirabelle" in Savannah or explore the city as you like. We are really going for a more casual approach and would like for you to treat this more as a vacation day rather than a wedding day.
No. The ceremony is very local to the city, the most you will walk (if you are in the downtown area) is fifteen minutes. If you do not have your own vehicle and still wish to explore Savannah, we recommend you use Uber, Lyft, or their visitor's metro called "Dot". Yes, however it is not necessary. We rather keep our wedding focused on the value of the ceremony, so just having you attend our wedding is more than enough. If you still wish to send something, you are free to go to our registry tab and see our "Newlywed Funds" post.
We no longer have a hotel block for guests. We found it would be more ideal to book a hotel, AirBnb, or VRBO on your own.
