Jinju and I have known each other since 2010 and have been inseparable since (except when Jinju moved to South Carolina for 10 years!). Even though we couldn't meet up as much during that time, nothing changed in our relationship. I love our weekly workout dates and Sunday brunches. We'll go to the park and walk (and talk) for hours and hours before realizing what time it is. I feel so blessed to have such a special friendship. Also, she is the best dog mom to Theo, Benni, and Murphy!
Sally Haley Lee

Sally and I met when we were 8 and instantly became best friends. I'm so glad I asked her "are you Korean?" during lunch in 3rd grade. We were roommates in college and suffered through many all nighters and midnight cry sessions together. From 3rd grade to college to adulthood, she has been there with me through it all. Also, our birthdays are only 2 days apart and we have coined March 7th, Michally Day. We recently celebrated our 20 year anniversary!
Aronne Jang

Aronne and I met through church/mutual friends and have stayed close throughout the years. She is adventurous and I truly would not know where she was if not for Find My Friends. I live vicariously through Aronne's adventures. Her recommendations for everything are always on point. She is the queen of power naps and pickle ball. She also randomly ran a full marathon with no training last year.
Cindy Lee

Cindy is the person who knows everyone in every city. Whether we're walking around in Houston, Austin, San Diego, or wherever else, Cindy is greeted with a smile. Cindy is probably the only person that can make me cry laughing without even saying a word. She is on her way to becoming the best pediatric dentist and is the only dentist I will trust my kids with in the future!
Diana Truong

Diana is one of the sweetest people I know. She makes everyone feel so comfortable right away. We met at UT and quickly became close friends when I randomly showed up to her dorm room with Lilan. She is also an amazing dancer. Thank you for teaching that Kpop class for me in college even though I asked super last minute!
Jinni Kim

Jinni is a deeply caring person and her giggles are an instant mood booster. She is a talented nail artist and always has the cutest nail designs. I will never forget the day we all went to a BBQ restaurant and she came with us even though she doesn't eat meat. This is just one example of how Jinni shows up for the people she cares about.
Lilan Nguyen

Lilan and I met freshman year of college through a mutual friend. Then met 2 more times randomly in the elevator. Then we were basically just doing everything together. All of my interesting stories from college include her and her spontaneous ideas. I'll always remember that time she pretended to be a Tiffs treat delivery man and surprised me in Austin with Diana. That weekend was so special to me. I'm also very thankful to her because I met Anthony for the first time through her (although it wasn't until later that we started dating)!
Timmy Tran

My official brother from the same mother; I really can’t ask for a better person as my best man (maybe someone who doesn’t roast my Vietnamese as much). Timmy has been my role model growing up as he got straight As in school, always beat me in DDR, and is about to become a full-fledged dermatologist. While he is very smart, “Tequila Tim” also has his ham choi side, and you’ll see that first hand on the dance floor when Timber starts playing.
Andrew Varodom

Andrew and I met through our fraternity in undergrad and have remained close friends throughout. While he knows Muay Thai and could pass as a bouncer, Andrew is a friendly guy and will crack your back when you’re in need (he’s a chiropractor). My go-to guy for BP, golf, and tips on Thailand, I’m glad to have him as my groomsman.
Jon Nguyen

Jon and I met through our fraternity in undergrad and became close through our many years of festivals, lifting, and fantasy football. Jon is one of the most down to earth and friendliest people you’ll meet. With the sharpest eyebrows in the league, I’m glad to have him as a groomsman.
JR Miclat

JR (sometimes RJ?) and I met in undergrad through our fraternity and continued to be brothers during pharmacy school as we joined the same fraternity there too. He sneakily has a great sense of humor, and believes he’s a ‘fashion forward’ guy bringing back cargo pants. He is also the biggest enthusiast of Eminem so be sure to talk to him about that when you meet him.
Kevin Lam

As a fellow Youngster (group our cousins came up with as little kids), I consider Kevin as another brother. Growing up, he used to peel Band-Aids off me after tying me with a jump rope, but now he is one of the most reliable and genuine people I can count on. He is also the biggest enthusiast of anything Philadelphia, so be sure to ask him about the Eagles, trusting the process, and fresh Wawa hoagies.

Kevin and I first met our freshman year at UT when joining our fraternity and since then have remained close friends. While he is secretly a menace in Catan, Kevin is easily one of the most dependable people you will ever meet. Kevin also has a great sense of humor; this man will politely roast you (sometimes not so polite) if the opportunity comes up.
Philippe Mendoza

Philippe and I met through our fraternity and instantly connected through gaming, handing him Ls in ping pong/tennis, and tanking together in dynasty football. He will find ways to roast you (and often is the one being roasted) so don’t take it too personally. He will be easy to spot just look for the Filipino guy shuffling on the dance floor.
Steven Lequang

Steven and I first met our freshman year at UT and since then have remained close friends through binging the Walking Dead, gaming, and skipping leg days at Greg. Steven is naturally one of the funniest/goofiest people I know and can talk to you essentially about anything. He is also a very passionate individual, so be sure to talk to him about movies, why Lebron is the GOAT, and Porter Robinson.
Van Bui

Van and I met during our freshman year at UT but got close afterwards when we lived together. Van is one of the smartest people I know and someone that I really respect. With that being said, he is also the goofiest/most troll person I know (look at that pic). Van also has been apart of many dance clips; let’s hope we see those out on the dance floor.
