How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please use find the RSVP section, located at the top right hand side of this webpage's menu. We are utilizing this platform to organize the RSVP process in lieu of mail-in cards.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The Deadline to RSVP is March 1st, 2022. Please do so using the RSVP section of this website. If any unforeseen circumstances arise that impact your commitment, please contact the wedding party directly at zach9988@yahoo.com

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. All unmarried guests (aside from children) are allotted a plus one.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Ladies are suggested to wear a gown, cocktail dress, or dressy pants suit. Men are suggested to wear a formal suit, shirt, and tie. As this wedding will be partially outdoors, in the middle of Summer, please dress accordingly. Casual attire is strongly discouraged.

Will the festivities take place inside or outside?

Answer

In short, both. Please check out the Schedule Section of this website for specific venue/event details. Please plan accordingly.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

On Average, high temperatures can reach into the low 90's with low temperatures dropping into the low 70's. There is always a chance for scattered rain showers in the mid afternoon. The venue rests on the banks of Lake Pierce which allows for a considerable cooling breeze. Please plan accordingly. The Bride and Groom are working on mitigation plans for sun/heat exposure.

Will the ceremony and reception take place at the same venue?

Answer

Yes. All day of activities will be held at the Bellacosa Lakeside Lodge in Lake Wales, FL.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head up to the courtyard for yard games, photos, finger foods and beverages.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Bellacosa Lakeside Lodge is located at 3111 Masterpiece Rd, Lake Wales, FL 33898 We recommend using Google Maps or Mapquest to aid in your overland travels as the venue is tucked back on Lake Pierce.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free and is located onsite, in a grassy field directly across from the Lodge.

Will transportation to/from the venue/hotel be provided for guests?

Answer

No. Each guest is responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event. Please consider ride arrangements heavily before imbibing in libations.

Will alcohol be served at the reception?

Answer

Beer and wine will be available after the ceremony. Liquor will not be served and is prohibited on the premises.

Will food be served at the reception?

Answer

Dinner will be served after the cocktail hour. When submitting your RSVP in the section above, you will have the option to select your meal preferences. Please let us know if you have any food restrictions.

Will the dining room have open seating?

Answer

No. Please adhere to the seating chart posted upon entry. Placecards with guest names are located on each table.

What is the Cell Phone Policy?

Answer

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING PERSONAL DEVICES DURING THE CEREMONY AS THEY WILL INTERFERE WITH THE WORK OF OUR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEOGRAPHER WHOM WE HIRED TO CAPTURE THE MOMENT. DURING THE CEREMONY, ALL ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE TO BE POWERED OFF AND STOWED AWAY. After the ceremony has concluded and the reception begins, guests are invited to take as many personal photographs as they wish.

Can I take photos and share them on social media?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer and videographer on site to document the occasion. Their work will be shared with you after the event is held. As for your personal devices, please refer to the cell phone policy posted above.

Are there any COVID restrictions?

No, although we do ask that you consider taking appropriate precautions to ensure the safety of all guests.

The venue is ADA compliant.
