There is! But unfortunately, the shuttle will only run at the end of the evening to pick you up from the reception venue. You are allowed to leave your car at the venue overnight but you MUST pick it up before 9am the next morning (Sunday August 4th). I would highly recommend carpooling or using uber, lyft, etc. to the ceremony and venue because if you don't feel comfortable with driving your car at the end of the night, there's a good chance you ain't gonna feel like picking it up before 9am the next morning.
You need to specifically call them and tell them that you are part of the Lieberg-Thompson wedding! Like actually pick up the phone and talk to a real person instead of doing it online. I know, it's a real hassle, but I believe in you! Did that? Well unfortunately it seems like the White Bear Country Inn is a world renowned hotel because everyone and their sister wants to stay there. The best we can do is recommend nearby hotels to stay at, but unfortunately we will not be providing transportation or welcome packages to those hotels. No fear though, just let us know if that happens to you and we will try our best to accommodate somehow.
Sorry, I ran out of characters on the other question. The other nearby hotels are: AmericInn: https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/americinn/white-bear-lake-minnesota/americinn-lodge-and-suites-white-bear-lake-st-paul/overview?CID=LC:AA::GGL:RIO:National:fid&iata=00065402 Fairfield Inn & Suites: https://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/mspfn-fairfield-inn-and-suites-st-paul-northeast/ Emerald Inn: http://emeraldinnmaplewood.com **This hotel does not look very clean, nice, or friendly in any regard. I would highly recommend against this hotel unless you are out of all options**
You see how you are the one that enters in the amount of guests in your party on the RSVP? There's where you can enter your plus one. Obviously, if I know that you are the only one in your party and you RSVP for 5 guests that I've never heard of before, we gonna have issues. So don't abuse the system, it's to bring a date not a posse.
That's where you are able to indicate that you would like to bring a plus one! Just click the edit button to the right of the name to enter in his or her name.
Okay actually nobody asked me this but it's something I am afraid of. If you noticed that your name is spelled wrong on the online RSVP, you are able to quietly edit it and then we can pretend that I had it spelled correctly this entire time.
HA! One of the many road bumps we faced was the inability to mail out our handcrafted Save The Dates. If you did receive a magnet in the mail, sweet! You were part of the trial run! Unfortunately, some people had to pay extra postage and Atlee went to another post office to get a second opinion, since the first post office said it was fine, and this post woman told Atlee that they should be priced as parcel because of the thickness of the envelope. This means that the people that were charged extra postage had the post office staff price it correctly. We will try to pass out the Save The Dates to family and friends, but it is hard to do from Arizona! If you are just DYING to have one, we will put you in contact with a nearby representative with a hearty supply of our magnets.
