The love story began in Foot Locker , where Sephora was working at the time. Marckenson came in looking for shoes, but he was lucky to leave with more. He managed to capture Sephora’s attention enough to leave with her number. They had their first date at J. Alexander where they bonded over their love for their families and shared many common values. Sephora and Marck are the definition of when opposites attract but complement each other so beautifully. She was drawn to his ambition and he thought she was beautiful, inside and out. Marck at the time was opening his new restaurant while Sephora was focused on graduating college and starting her career.  Although their timing didn’t always seem to align with one another, they still always kept in touch and remained good friends. They later decided to take their relationship seriously and began dating. As time went on, Marck knew that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Sephora, he knew she was the one. In 2020, Marck stamped his love when he proposed to Sephora & of course Sephora said yes! Together, the couple later welcomed their first child, Serenity in 2021. With the addition of Marck’s first child Skyler, this made them officially a family of 4. After six years together, the couple is very excited for what the future holds & hope to expand their family.
