We're getting Married!

We first crossed paths while working at Signature Aviation in Huntsville, Alabama, in March of 2020. We started off as co-workers, then became friends. In March of 2021, he finally worked up the courage to ask me out on a date—but I turned him down. A few weeks later, he tried again, and once more, I said no. When he mustered up the nerve to ask why, I reluctantly revealed that I was planning to move to Florida to be closer to family. Despite this news, he wasn’t ready to give up. A week later, he asked me out once more, this time offering a "friendly" lunch with the bonus of free food. I agreed, of course, and we instantly hit it off. Just one short week later, he asked me to go with him on an actual date. We started hanging out outside of work and I got to meet his family. It wasn't until he told his mom, "I'm moving to Florida," with no hesitation that I knew there was something there. Three months later I moved and we maintained a long-distance relationship. In December 2021, he relocated to Florida to be with me. After almost 4 years, moving 4 times and owning 3 dogs together, on February 8, 2025, I said "Yes!" without a moment’s hesitation.
