By when do we need to RSVP?

We kindly ask you to RSVP by October 4th, 2023.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive by 4:30 pm.

Where is the venue located?

Answer

Sparrow Beginnings Event Center 5317 S Hartford Street Stillwater, OK 74074 DIRECTIONS FROM OKC METRO: Head North on I-35 through OKC/Edmond toward Guthrie. Take Exit 157 in Guthrie toward OK-33, and turn right onto East HWY 33. Continue for 22 miles. Turn left onto S Perkins Road and continue for approximately 5 miles. Please look out for the small green 'Sparrow Event Center' signs on the east side of Perkins Road. Just past E 56th Ave, turn right onto S. Hartford street (this is the steep, winding drive that leads to the venue) and follow this until you turn right and arrive at the venue. The GPS on your phone should take you to the correct location, however, please *do not* take I-35 all the way to the proper Stillwater exit. The venue is south of Stillwater so taking OK-33 from Guthrie will avoid back-tracking and much of the Bedlam football traffic.

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Yes! We will have beer, wine, and signature bride & groom drinks. We are so excited to celebrate with you! ** Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely! **

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please give us a heads up as soon as possible so we can make arrangements with our caterer. We will be having a pasta bar with vegetarian, chicken, and meatball options.

Can I bring a date/kids?

Answer

When you RSVP here on our website, you will be able to see who all is included in your party and whether or not a plus 1 was included with your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus 1, you are welcome to bring one. Please indicate whether or not you are bringing a plus 1 on your RSVP so that everyone is accounted for.
