When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Once formal invitations are sent with the RSVP information, we will ask all guests to RSVP and confirm their meal selection by July 30th.

What is the attire for the Welcome Party?

Answer

Garden Party attire! Think cocktail attire, but with a relaxed, outdoor vibe. Sundresses, jumpsuits or matching sets for women, and light colored suits or a button down and slacks for men.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are working to organize shuttles to and from the Winvian for the ceremony on Saturday. More information will be available closer to September.

Are there hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have room blocks secured at the Abner Hotel, Belden House, and the Heritage Hotel. All three are great options. The Abner and Belden are both ~15 minutes from the venue and centrally located in Litchfield, whereas the Heritage Hotel is ~30 minute drive but more reasonably priced. There are also plenty of local B&Bs and property rentals in the surrounding area!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There will be parking available onsite at the Winvian.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we are planning to host both the Welcome Party and Wedding Ceremony + Cocktail Hour outdoors! The reception and after party will be held indoors.
