The most important thing for us is that you're comfortable, ready to dance and meet the great people who played a part in making us who we are. The suggested attire is "garden glam." We encourage sequins, sundresses, floral prints, long and short dresses, suits in all hues, heels and sandals. Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, and there will be a cocktail reception outside.
Please plan to arrive around 4:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. The venue is located about 30 minutes from Washington D.C. so please plan accordingly.
The venue is accessible by car and is a short 30 minute drive from Washington D.C. There is plenty of parking available on site, but unfortunately no Metro stops within walking distance. Using a rideshare such as Lyft, a round-trip to and from the venue will cost about $30. Please do let us know if you would like to connect with people carpooling to Cedar Lane.
As much as we would love to have your entire family at this occasion, the size of the venue simply won't allow for us accommodating all the children who would come. If it works with your schedule, kids are more than welcome to attend the ceremony and cocktail reception. Otherwise, we will do all we can to help book a sitter for the evening! Please do contact us.
