CUT OFF DATE: In order for attendees to receive the Group room rate, reservations must be received no (“Cut-Off Date”). At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel will release any unreserved rooms into general sale and will determine whether it will accept additional reservations at the Group rate. Cancellation & No-Show Policies: Cancellation within 3 days of check-in date will result in a penalty of 1 night room + tax charges per room. All no-shows one-night’s room and tax charge will be charged to the credit card given to guarantee the reservation. When calling to cancel a reservation, please ask for a cancellation number.
