With the ceremony starting at 5pm sharp, we ask that all guests arrive no earlier than 4:30pm and no later than 4:50pm.
Guests should arrive at Waterloo around 4:30pm. The wedding ceremony will start at 5pm followed by the cocktail hour (featuring alpacas!) preceding our reception that's held from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. We will be ending our night with an on-site after party from 10:30pm to 12:00am!
Yes, we have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our ceremony so we kindly ask that everyone refrain from using their phones and taking photos. However, our officiant will announce a short period during the ceremony where you will have the opportunity to snap a quick photo of your own of the bride and groom! We thank you for your cooperation!
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is from 'dressy-casual' to formal, we want you to feel and look your best! Keep in mind our wedding will be held both indoors AND outdoors so plan footwear accordingly. Ladies please refrain from wearing white, ivory or bold floral patterns. Thank you!

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue with a short walk or a complimentary golf cart shuttle ride up to the wedding location.

Both! Ceremony will be held completely outdoors (weather permitting) and both the cocktail hour and reception will be held both indoors and outdoors!
We have set up a 'POV' photo taking app so that our guests may snap their own photos during the wedding and everyone can see what photos other guests have taken! No download of the app is required, simply scan the barcodes located on the tables and around the venue and use the link to snap your own pics! There will also be a professional photographer and videographer present whose photos we will share once we have received them back. For posting on social media feel free to use the #A&J2025
