What is the food and beverage situation?
Answer
Food: We will be BBQing on site and will provide Pulled Pork, Brats and Burgers with a few sides. We will also provide a Cheese Pizza option for our guests who are vegetarian. Please choose which option you think you may want the most, but we will try to provide extra food for everyone. Drinks: There will be an Open Bar with a bartender. We will provide beer, wine and mixed drinks. There will also be water and soft drinks available. Please remember to tip the bartender.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Summer Formal. Please keep in mind that though there will be an indoor area, this event will be mostly outdoors. The mountain sun can be intense in the summer months, though we are hoping for a breezy day. Please dress comfortably for an outdoor event and be prepared for it to get a little cooler at night. It may be best to avoid dark colors, denim or anything that is overly casual. Lightweight and airy fabrics are recommended for the heat. Some helpful guidelines for the women: Semi-formal or sundresses. Opt for formal flats, sandals or wedges. Please keep in mind stiletto shoes may not be a great fit for the outdoors. Some helpful guidelines for the men: Dress shirts or a nice polo. Slacks, khakis or golf pants. Any nice, closed-toed shoes.

Are kids welcome?

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue starting at 1pm. Ceremony will begin at 2pm. Please be seated by 1:50pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking will be very limited at the venue. Please carpool and ride-share when available. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a shuttle or ride service. Please be smart with your driving decisions and have your vehicle removed from the venue by 10pm. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Will there be a place to leave my belongings?
Answer
There will be table and chair space for your belongings. Please keep in mind that we will not have an event staff. The wedding will take place at a beautiful site in the National Forest. We ask that everyone please be respectful of the venue and forest.
