The website attached is going to be the way to book your room, as well as to add any amenities, upgrades, or experiences that you may want. We have already secured the spots for the rooms, and the payment plans are first come first serve. Passports Will Be Needed

The website provided is where you can find the application for your passport. Brendan and I were able to fill ours out, print them off, and get ours at the post office. We made an appointment for a Saturday, and it only required our real star IDs, and our birth certificates. It took less than 30 mins They will keep your birth certificates, but they will send them with your passports. It is $130.00 to get your passport, and it takes about 4-6 weeks to get it. You can spend $60 more to receive your passport within 2 months.

With the group flights you will be able to fly out of your region or one close to you, where we will then all fly into the same airport before boarding to Costa Rica together. 🌞🌧️ October Weather Vibes

Early October in Costa Rica is warm, tropical, and lush. Expect sunshine in the mornings, temps in the mid-70s to low-80s, and possibly a quick afternoon or evening rain shower. Yes — you can absolutely swim 🏊‍♀️🌊 (the water is warm!). What to wear: Think breezy dresses, linen shirts, sandals, and swimsuits by day ☀️👙 A light rain layer or wrap is perfect for evenings 🌧️✨ Rain is usually short and refreshing — part of the pura vida magic 💚

Shuttle

October 1, 2026 8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Brendan and I have ensured that there will be transportation when you land to take you to the hotel, or the hotel of your choosing. We will provide shuttles that will include snacks and beverages for the ride to the hotel. We have also ensured for these shuttles to also take you back to the airport when your departing flight arrives. We understand some people are coming in a few days before the 1st and we will accommodate travel for you, and those who may be coming the day before the wedding on the 2nd.
