Erin and Athea met in the 3rd grade at Christ the King Catholic school. They have been the best of friends ever since! Growing up Athea spent a lot of time cleaning Erin's room so her parents would let us hang out (she actually enjoyed it). They have planned and shared many special events with each other including their joint sweet 16 birthday party and planning Erin's wedding in 2020. We can't imagine our special day without her standing by our side - just like she did on Athea's first day of school in 3rd grade.

Daniel Koch

Best Man

Daniel and Kyle grew up across the street from each other. When Kyle was in the first grade, his mother made him go across the street to meet the kids who were always playing in their front yard. Not only did their two families become close, but Dan and Kyle became best friends and have remained close to this day. Dan and Kyle attended the same school until they graduated from ASU in December 2011 on the same day. During and after college, they were always rock climbing, training for spartan races and goofing around in video games. We are so happy to have Dan as the Best Man on our wedding day.

Avery Hayden

Avery and Athea met in the 3rd grade at Christ the King Catholic school. They played every sport known to man growing up but soccer had their heart. Athea's dad was their coach for a few years and they made countless memories and inside jokes throughout the years. Her family has a special place in our hearts as Avery's dad is the one who introduced us in March of 2019. We would have never met each other without meeting Avery first. It's only fitting that she'll join us as a bridesmaid on our greatest adventure yet.

Jake Fay

Groomsman

Jake and Kyle met in college through their mutual friend Daniel Koch. Shortly after meeting each other through Dan, they discovered they had many classes at ASU together as fellow Biology members. Jake and Kyle became good friends and eventually roommates after they graduated from college. While roommates, Kyle and Jake grew closer and created many great memories. On the night Athea and Kyle met, Jake made sure Kyle didn't leave without getting Athea's contact info. Thanks Jake! We are so happy to have him stand with us on our special day.

Emma Hayden

Bridesmaid

Emma and I met through her sister, Avery (also a bridesmaid) in elementary school. Growing up I would attend Emma's gymnastic meets with her sister, Avery and we always knew each other but never really got to know each other until we became roommates in 2021. Kyle and I moved in with Emma and Avery and lived together for 15 months until our house was done being built. Kyle and I shared a wall with Emma so naturally we all became pretty close friends and can't imagine our special day without her in it.

Michael Moore

Groomsman

Mike and Kyle met in 2006 when they both began working at UPS on the same day. Both their fathers worked for UPS in management and helped them get jobs within the warehouse. Mike and Kyle worked together for 5 years at UPS while Kyle got his degree. Kyle Left UPS in 2011 but continued to maintain his friendship Mike and still stays in touch to this day. In 2011 Kyle had the honor of standing with Mike when married his wife Christine, and now we are so grateful he will be standing with us on our special day.

Megan Williams

Megan and Athea met playing club soccer at the age of 10 years old. Their parents are the ones who hung out the most though, they spent countless hours on the sidelines in the Arizona heat watching them play every weekend. They went a few years playing on separate teams but were reunited in high school where they played on the varsity soccer team together. They would consider ourselves the team clowns, they have had a lot of fun together throughout the years. We are blessed to have Megan be a part of our special day.

Jacob Minnich

Groomsman

Kyle and Jake are cousins who were born one month apart. Kyle would visit his grandmother Doris in Indiana during the summers and always ended up joining Jake and his friends on whatever adventures they would be up to. From kayaking, state fairs, and video games, they were always hanging out when Kyle was in town. In 2020, Jake married his wife Natalie and Kyle was honored to be apart of their wedding party. Now two years later, we are thrilled to have Jake be apart of ours.

Jessica Weatherford

Bridesmaid

Jessica met Athea waitressing at Outback Steakhouse. Shortly after meeting each other they became roommates and their cats became best friends (kind of). Although Jessica doesn't live in Arizona anymore, they have stayed good friends and continue to stay in contact with each other. Jessica has two beautiful daughters now and we are so excited for Jessica and her adorable daughters to be there on our special day.

Wyatt Johnson

Wyatt and Kyle met in their first year of Junior High in the seventh grade. They had a whopping 4 of 6 classes together and became friends almost immediately. Wyatt and Kyle have very similar personalities and shared interests in movies and video games. So much so that they were constantly mistaken for each other by the end of high school. After high school they maintained their friendship through racquetball and hanging out while Wyatt lifeguarded at his local pool. We are so happy and honored to have Wyatt be apart of our special day.

Berkli LeHew

Flower Girl

Our beautiful flower girl is Kyle's cousin, Berkli. Berkli is 8 years old and loves to dance, we know she will be the first one on the dance floor at our wedding. We are so excited to have Berkli apart of our special day.

Daniel DeMello

Jr. Groomsman & Brother of The Bride

Daniel is Athea's little brother, he will be our Jr. Groomsman. In 2011 Athea was blessed with the most precious little brother she could ever have. Daniel and Kyle enjoy talking about video games and technology, they are two peas in a pod!
