We have set aside a block of rooms under the name "Fink/LeDrew Wedding". You have until Friday, April 15, 2022 to guarantee a reservation. No changes or cancellations are allowed after June 25, 2022. The hotel is an hour away from the wedding venue--it is the closest hotel!

Shuttle

We will provide a shuttle from the Hampton Inn to the wedding, the reception and back to the hotel.

July 9, 2022 2:15 pm - 1:00 am

2 pm -Guests arrive at Cineplex Theatre 485 Woodlawn Rd W, Guelph ON N1K 1E9. Park closest to Imperial Rd. 2:15 pm - Shuttle departs for ceremony location 411508 Southgate Sideroad #41. 3:30 pm - Shuttle arrives at ceremony. 5:15 pm - Shuttle departs ceremony location for the reception venue. Mount Forest & District Sports Complex. 1:00 am - Shuttle departs reception venue for pick up location. Ride safe everyone!!

If you would like to explore the area north of our venue, here are two other hotel options. The "Best Western on The Bay" in Owen Sound ON is right on the water (519-317-920). A second option is "The Falls Inn & Spa" in Walters Falls ON (519-794-4388). Adults only for this second one, and book early!
