"I have a friend you should meet..." really is how it all began. A co-worker of Heathers and a close friend of Matthew's saw the potential. At first Heather said, "Nah." She had just gotten out of a long term relationship and wasn't looking for anything serious. And Matthew had just been left here after a visit from Colorado (he literally had 1 bag of clothes). But overnight something in her changed and she figured "What is the worst that can happen?" Now almost 6 years later they have built a beautiful life together. They started with a twin mattress on the floor of after-mentioned friends' house and have since grown into a trailer and are working towards a house of their own. Their fur baby Hod is the center of their world and keeps them both going when days get rough and nothing brings them all more joy then a long hike in the woods or being in the mountains. Heather and Matt can't wait to see where marriage and the next 6 years of being together take them.
