We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off so you can celebrate & spend intimate time with us!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Colorado, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the weather in Colorado should be beautiful, averaging 65-75 degrees, but will get chilly at night (likely around the 40s). Please bring some warm layers for the evening, we don't want anyone freezing their tails off if you are not used to colder temperatures and a lack of humidity near the mountains.

Where should I park?

There is plenty of free parking near the entrance of the venue.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Please plan accordingly as transportation is not provided to or from the venue - carpooling + Uber/Lyft + taxis are all great options as the roads near the venue can get quite curvy & there will be a full service bar for the duration of the wedding!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be a combination of multiple outdoor reception areas, a covered/heated patio, and inside the venue!

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 9:30pm as we have to be out of then venue by 10pm.

Will food be served?

Answer

YES of course!! We are SO excited to have Mountain Crust (a gourmet pizza food truck vendor) on site for the duration of the reception! There will not be a designated sit-down dinner time so when you get hungry head over to where they will be set up and get your grub on!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We have put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring there will be something available for everyone! With Mountain Crust, you may tell them your restrictions and they will be happy to make you a pizza that you are sure to enjoy! Gluten-free: cool, they have gluten-free crusts available. Vegetarian: great, they have tons of fresh produce and can make wonderful vegetarian pizzas. Don't see a pizza on their menu that looks perfect: no worries, let them know exactly what you want on your pizza and they will get right on it.

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas outside that you might have to walk on so plan to wear chunky heels or sandals instead. I would hate for any of you to ruin your nice shoes.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them on social media. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony- it will be an unplugged ceremony! But not to worry- we have an INCREDIBLE photographer who will be capturing all of our most treasured moments :)
