Does Club Med offer covid testing?

Answer

Yes! Club Med partners with a Lab to offer tests on site. Please schedule your appointment as soon as you arrive so you can secure a spot within 24 hrs of your departure. At present, the cost of an Antigen test is $27.55. Currently, if not all, airlines require an antigen test for return to the US. They also provide COVID testing at the airport.

How do we get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

The family of the Bride has arranged for paid transfers from the airport to the hotel. We will arrange for someone from Club Med to be at the airport with a sign all-day Thursday when most of the wedding party will arrive. Please look out for a sign that says Club Med or Adriaens-Berges. No, Mexico does not require testing for entry.

Should we reach out to the resort with any questions regarding our accommodations/booking our stay?

Answer

No, please book your stay through the link in the "Book Your Stay" section of this website. If you have any questions or issues with booking, please reach out to us directly. Since we reserved/booked a specific block of rooms, we are responsible with coordination with the resort and they cannot talk with everyone directly.

Is there a way to get around the resort without having to walk from one end to the other?

Answer

Yes, there are golf carts that shuttle guests around the resort all day, every day.

What is included in the cost of my stay ($/night/person rate)?

Answer

Your room, all you can eat, all you can drink, tennis, volleyball, kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, snorkeling (2nd largest reef in the world), wakeboarding/waterskiing, exercise classes (yoga, bootcamp, cycling, stretching, etc.), gym access, events/performances. Club Med is truly an ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT. The only thing you will need to pay for would be if you choose to do an off-site excursion, scuba diving, or any spa services.

Can I extend my stay for longer than the 4 nights already reserved?

Answer

Yes, the contract price per person/night can be applied to an additional 2 nights before and 2 nights after the contracted dates (Thursday 07/26/22 - Monday 07/30/22).

What room should I book?

Answer

We have reserved the Aguamarina rooms ("Family Superior"/ "Family Deluxe" Rooms) for guests with children, aunts, uncles, and family friends. For our friends and cousins that will not be staying in Aguamarina, we have reserved "Superior Rooms". Please let us know if you have any questions about rooms to book and where they are located, etc.

Is this a discounted rate for children?

Answer

Yes. Please also let us know if you are bringing kids, how many, and their birthdates when booking. The booking website doesn't let you input children, unfortunately. Children Pricing is as follows: 0-3 years old only pays the one-time membership fee 4-11 years old pays 50% of the adult pricing + membership fee 12-15 years old pays 80% of the adult pricing + membership fee 16 years and older are considered adults
