Address/Intersection to put into your GPS: Deslonde St and Royal St. There is a little parking lot there that you can use but there's also lots of street parking. You will notice you're where you are supposed to be after you walk up the hill and see a structure with a swing. We will be getting married on the Holy Cross Levee which is where Astrid proposed to Ileana. The Levee is only a few blocks away from our house which is where the reception will be held. Please bring your own blankets, chairs, or whatever else you need to be comfortable for an hour-ish ceremony! The grass on the Levee can be soft so maybe rethink stilettos. Let us know if you have any mobility related concerns. The holy cross levee has a hill with a bit of a slant you have to walk up so we have chosen the most accessible hill/slant angle to host our wedding on. However, for guests that use mobility aids, we wanted to flag that ahead of time to note that it may take a little longer to move up or down.
Reception

The reception will be taking place in our backyard/driveway which is only a few blocks from the levee! Our lovely next door neighbors (who we share a fence with) have also graciously allowed us to use their driveway for additional seating. Remember to bring the chairs you use for the wedding! We will also have a port-a-potty onsite should you need to use one. We will have booze, non-alcoholic beverages, food from Amanda at Que Pasta NOLA, and a tiered Wedding Flan from Ely at OnlyFlans! We will also have a banging wedding playlist if we do say so ourselves. The party will go on from 7pm-10pm (because the noise ordinance in our neighborhood kicks in at 10pm and we wanna be good neighbors)! Be mindful of where you park. :)

For those who can't make it to the Sunday Funday After Party at the Drifter, feel free to swing by with (or without) your kiddos and join us at Faubourg Brewing! They have food, alcohol, non-alcoholic drink options, and TONS of space to run around, play bocce ball, and more. If you have kids, feel free to bring skates or a scooter for them as they have a lot of sidewalk space. This isn't an evening with any actual programming. We just want to spend more time together celebrating especially with our many out of town guest! THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO EVERYONE. THE MORE THE MERRIER.

If the weather is looking like it's going to be chilly closer to that day, we will pivot and celebrate in a different way the Sunday after our wedding. Stay tuned for more details.
