Question

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have a trolley service to and from the Avid hotel to the venue, and back! Limit is 30 people per trip, there will be 2 trips back and forth before and after. If you choose to drive or the venue but need the trolley back, you can leave your car at the venue overnight, but will need to pick it up by 12pm Sunday. Specific times for the trolley will be posted shortly!

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be outdoors, walking in grass. In the event of inclement weather, we will be moving indoors to the building at the venue.

Where is the reception?

Answer

Same venue as the ceremony! It will be outdoors under a big tent.

YES! Drinks are on us :)

Where is the after party?

Answer

After party will be held at the VFW, which shares a parking lot with the Avid hotel, with the hotel blocks. We have the back patio reserved from 9pm-2am, so get ready to paaarrrtyyyyyy!!! We are not allowed to bring our own alcohol, but there will be a cash bar. Please bring snacks as I don’t think there will be food You can wear comfy clothes or stay in your wedding attire, up to you! We will be outside so if you are cold natured, please bring a sweatshirt and sweatpants
