Prepared medium, grilled & lightly roasted to perfection with a port wine reduction or bordelaise sauce, served with a twice baked potato (gf) & grilled asparagus (gf, df)
Minnesota Chicken (gf, df)
Chicken breast stuffed with savory wild rice sage dressing, topped with supreme sauce served with garlic and chive mashed red potatoes (gf) & crispy brussel sprouts with bacon and cherries (gf, df)
Butternut Squash Ravioli (v)
Served in brown butter sauce with dried cranberries, spinach & toasted walnuts
