Stamford Museum & Nature Center
Explore our venue's fantastic grounds that include nature trails, a working farm and petting zoo, the Knobloch Family Farmhouse, and more! You can definitely spend an afternoon here and lose yourself in all that nature has to offer.
Panic Room Stamford
Partake in an escape room, one of our favorite pastimes. We have done over 12 together and plan on more! We recommend going with a large group - in this case, it really is the more the merrier.
Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens
The arboretum is located directly next to the venue and includes 93 acres of parkland, gardens, landscapes, and hiking trails that focus on the regional plants, ecology and character of Southwestern New England.
Half Full Brewery
It’s always nice to get some local refreshment! We hear this spot is great. Note that there is no food served, but there are regular food trucks or you can bring your own! Kids and dogs are welcome, so you know it's good.
Hoyt-Barnum House
You know Katie and old things…tour one of Stamford's oldest surviving houses! In 2017, the house, which was built around 1699, was moved from its original location to its new location next to the Stamford History Center, where it is open for tours.
Cove Island Park
Cove Island is the site of a 19th-century factory specializing in bleached minerals, dye extracts, and liquorice. The mill was razed by a fire in 1919 and was later developed into a park. A pair of sandy beaches is accompanied by a playground, a sweeping lawn, a cycling path, a mile-long walking trail, and a state-of-the-art nature center.
