We met at a Jesus Northwest Petra concert when someone punched Aspen in the nose. We got separated, and even though we had just met, we searched all evening to reconnect among thousands of people. We couldn’t explain it, but we both felt we were meant to meet. We did find each other of course, but life, long distance, and pebbles in a path veered us away from each other, and we were separated again, but for over 20 years. Now, 30 years later, we are renewing the love and promises we first made to each other in the 90’s. Although we have quietly remarried, we are now inviting our friends and family to celebrate a love we feel God has restored, in a quaint vow renewal ceremony and reception.
