Question

Halloween Wedding Attire Guidlines

Answer

Dress code: Cocktail to Black Tie Optional (with a Halloween twist!) As we celebrate our wedding on Halloween, we're excited to invite our guests to embrace the spirit of the season by incorporating tasteful Halloween-inspired elements into their attire. Think elegant with a touch of spooky, mysterious, or moody flair-like a velvet cape, dark lipstick, dramatic accessories or gothic tones. Costume-inspired looks are welcome as long as they're thoughtfully integrated into formalwear. For example, a vampire-inspired look with a sleek suit or an elegant witchy gown with subtle accessories fits the vibe perfectly. Our goal is a stylish celebration with a spooky twist-think moody, elegant, and festive. What should I wear? - Coctail Attire Knee length to midi dresses, jumpsuits or dressy separates for women. Suits or sports coats with dress pants and dress shoes for men. - Black Tie Optional Tuxedos and foraml evening gowns are welcome, but not required. A dark suit and tie or a long formal dress is absolutely appropiate. We kindly ask that guests avoid: - Jeans, sneakers, or overly casual clothing. - Inflatable costumes, full face masks, or overly theatrical outfits that might distract from the formal tone of the event. We want everyone to feel festive, creative, and confident-while keeping it classy. If you're ever unsure, feel free to reach out. We're happy to help you decide on the perfect look!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Alcohol you later—at the open bar! Drinks are flowing, so let’s toast to love and laughter!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful Colorado scenery. However, as many of you know, Colorado weather can be quite unpredictable. It’s not uncommon to experience sunshine, wind, or even a quick rain shower—all in the same afternoon! To ensure you’re comfortable and ready for anything, we recommend dressing in layers and bringing along a light jacket or shawl. Comfortable shoes are also a good idea since we’ll be outdoors. We’ll have some preparations in place, like umbrellas and blankets, but it’s always good to be prepared for whatever Mother Nature has in store. No matter the weather, we’re confident the day will be filled with love and joy, and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you and are grateful for your love and support. Due to the size of our venue and our desire to create an intimate gathering, we have a limited guest count. As such, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones. We hope you understand this decision, as it was not an easy one to make. We truly value your presence and are so looking forward to celebrating together. Thank you for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It’s recommended to arrive 15–30 minutes before the wedding ceremony starts to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in comfortably before the event begins. Since the ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 PM, you should aim to arrive between 2:30 PM and 2:45 PM. This ensures you won’t disrupt the ceremony and can fully enjoy the experience.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We know you'll want to capture memories of the day, and we encourage you to take photos and videos during the reception and other parts of the celebration. However, we kindly ask that you join us for an unplugged ceremony by putting away your phones and cameras. We've hired a professional photographer to capture every moment, and we'd love for you to simply sit back, relax, and be fully present with us as we exchange our vows. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away and enjoy sharing in the joy of the day! Thank you for your understanding and for making our wedding even more memorable by being here with us.

Question

What is your wedding hashtag?

Answer

To help us capture all the fun, love, and memories, we’ve created a wedding hashtag: #ToTheWindowToTheWaugh (It’s a punny nod to our new last name and a little party spirit!) Whenever you post photos, videos, or stories from the celebration, please use our hashtag so we can relive all the wonderful moments through your eyes. From the dance floor to the sweet candid shots, we can’t wait to see it all! Let’s get posting, tagging, and celebrating—because this party deserves to be remembered forever. 🎉💍

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by July 1st to ensure we can accommodate you with a seat at the table. Please note that due to planning constraints, we may not be able to accommodate responses received after this date. We appreciate your understanding and hope to celebrate with you.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We sure hope you’ll be able to join us for your special day. With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that you can fill out and return, or feel free to click here (link) and let us know your plans right here on our website.
