We are confident that God orchestrated our love story. There's simply no other way to explain it! Several years before I met Josh, I felt a tug on my heart to go to Honduras on a short term mission trip. That trip changed my life and, several years later, I decided to return for an entire summer. That's when I met my friend Channing! Channing stayed in Honduras longer than I but, when she returned home, I attended a party at her parent's house where I met my future-in-laws for the first time. Josh wasn't there that day but, after speaking with his parents and learning how much we had in common, I knew I had to meet him. Channing said she would work on it but that she hadn't actually spoken to Josh in years. A few days later I got a text from my friend, Alex, saying she knew someone who might be interested in me. I laughed and commented on the irony as Channing was also trying to set me up with someone. Alex responded, "Yeah, I think it’s the same person..." Turns out Josh's parents told him about me and when he looked me up on Facebook, he saw a picture of Alex and I together. He then texted Alex to ask about me because, little did I know, they grew up together and were even roommates for a period of time! So Alex gave Josh my number and the rest is history! We can't wait to see how God continues to work in our lives as Mr. & Mrs.
