Yes, kids are welcome to be brought along to the wedding! This resort was chosen based on its kid friendly amenities. However, if you feel you need a vacation from your kids, this is the perfect opportunity to leave them behind and enjoy a mojito in peace!

Can I bring a date?

As much as we’d love to meet your situationship or the person you matched with last Tuesday, plus ones have been granted on a case-by-case basis and have been accounted for on the RSVP.

When will Collin and Aslin be at the resort?

We will be at the resort from Wednesday June 3rd to Wednesday June 10th.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. You will be traveling outside your country of origin and will require a passport. Please make sure your current passport does not expire within 6 months of the travel dates. If you do not have a passport, you can obtain one through your local post office or online.

Can I stay at another resort?

Answer

No, in order to comply with the wedding requirements all guests who attend must stay at the same resort. No outside guests are allowed into the property to keep things safe for all guests.

What if I can't attend?

Answer

We understand not everyone will be able to make it, and we are very grateful for those who can make the sacrifice to join us. If you cannot attend please RSVP "not attending" or let us know directly with time so that we can make the proper adjustments. We hope to celebrate with you back at home!

How do I schedule the private transfer?

Answer

Once you make a reservation you will be receiving a confirmation email that will have a link to scheduling the private transfer with your flight information. The company that does the transfers is called Seasons and they are located right in the PUJ airport. The vehicle provided will be a Suburban or Escalade that fits up to 7 in your reservation.

Can I choose any category of room?

Yes! The promo code is valid for all rooms and suites and you may choose whichever side of the resort you wish to stay in!

Whats excellence club and finest club?

Answer

The resort is divided into 3 categories: Main category: you will be staying on the family friendly side of the resort and have access to only those accommodations/restaurants. Finest Club: the same as the main category but elevated with special access to certain restaurants and a private pool area for families Excellence Club: you will be staying at the adults only side of the resort and have access to all of the hotels amenities and restaurants. Excellence club also includes a complimentary hydrotherapy massage for each reservation.
