. Refreshment Hour & Ceremony The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, and we kindly ask that guests arrive between 4:00 and 4:45 PM to allow time to settle in and find your seat. Arriving during this window will help us start on time and keep the evening flowing just as we’ve dreamed. Valet Parking Valet service will begin at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you plan your arrival accordingly, as the driveway will not be open before then. Our valet team will be ready to welcome you and make parking easy and stress-free. Location + Footwear Our Wedding Day will be held in a beautiful backyard space. The ceremony itself will take place on the undeveloped backlot of the home and requires a short walk down a natural, unpacked dirt path. With that in mind, you might want to consider skipping your favorite heels and opting for shoes that are more comfortable and sturdy (even a wedge or low heel if you choose—feel free to bring your fancy shoes for after the ceremony :)) . Little Guests & Safe Boundaries If your children are part of the guest list and joining us, we kindly ask that you keep a close eye on them throughout the day. While our generous hosts have graciously offered their entire home and property to us, they have asked that the children stay within the main landscaped areas unless supervised by an adult. We’ll be in the mountains with wildlife all around us. Out of respect for our hosts, the land, wildlife, and most importantly the safety of our children, please honor this request. .
