August 1st
Yes we are registered! Check out our Amazon registry link! We also have a honeymoon and house fund you can contribute to directly through Zola!
15+ minutes early. Doors will close and stay closed at 10:25.
Yes. The dress code is formal. For ladies this would include tea or floor length dresses. And for gentlemen, slacks and a nice shirt. There will be no jeans, tennis shoes, baseball caps, etc. We want our guests attire to match our elegant and classy venue. Please wear shades of purple, blue or green.
Unless your date is listed when you go to rsvp, no +1’s. We have to stick to a certain number of people for our event due to space.
If your kids are listed on the rsvp page, you may bring them, otherwise do not. We want our beautiful venue to stay beautiful and want to minimize disruptions during the ceremony.
There is parking, however it is limited and the venue does multiple events in a day so please make sure we are using the most of the parking lot by not parking too far apart so there is room for everyone.
When you arrive at the Brim, you will see two buildings, our entire event will take place in the chapel building (there will be a map when you start walking towards it). The bathrooms are located in the building closest to parking lot, there is a sign that says restrooms on the outside of the building, only use that door to enter. And make sure you go before you head over!
If you are transporting someone, who has trouble walking, or unloading decor, you may pull around on the gravel road near the chapel and drop them off, but you must move your car back to the parking lot after or else it will be visible in our photos. There is an irrigation system near the end of the gravel road so do not drive on the grass when backing up.
We have a hired a wonderful photographer who we believe will capture our love and the moments we value. So we are giving this opportunity to our guests to be present with us and leave the pictures to the professional!
We are doing a cake and toast reception which means there is not a longer after party with a seated dinner and dancing. So after the ceremony we will provide dessert and drinks for everyone to enjoy and mingle. And then everyone will depart from the venue.
