CAN I RECORD DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are having an “UNPLUGGED” ceremony. We’ve hired professionals to capture photos/videos and we’d hate for someone’s device to block that so unless you have special permission from the bride or groom, we ask that you don’t record until both bride and groom has said their vows. After that feel free to take as many photos/ videos as you like, Thank you.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE ?

Answer

Due to limited numbers we will only accommodate those formally invited.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO PAY ON MY ROOM?

Answer

At least 50%-60% of the room has to be paid by July 9th 2026. Final payment is due September 9th, 2026.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

Unfortunately the only children we are able to accommodate are the ones formally invited.

IF I WANT TO STAY 5 NIGHTS INSTEAD OF 4

Answer

Yes you can. Just add another night on the booking Website. If it doesn’t work, contact the guest services. Contact information listed in Booking section. 4 Night stay cost approx: $2000 per room (flight not included) 5 Night stay cost approx: $2499 per room (flight not included) Example: 2 adult guest, 5 nights = approx 2499

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT ?

You will be missed ! If you can’t make it please make sure to RSVP “Declined” so we can plan accordingly with our guest count.

WILL THERE BE A OPEN BAR ?

Is an elephant heavy? Of course ! while the drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. Please drink responsibly. Tips are welcomed.

ARE THERE ANY COLORS GUEST SHOULD AVOID WEARING ?

Answer

Our wedding party will be wearing green, blush and gold. Please refrain from wearing those colors or similar colors as we wish for our wedding party to stand out. In addition to this, please DO NOT WEAR WHITE,CREAM, IVORY ! or a similar shade.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00pm. Please aim to arrive NLT 1:45pm before ceremony begin to allow for seating and getting settled. Guest seating will start at 1:30pm. If ceremony has started we ask that you wait until coordinator can properly seat you. We don’t want you to miss and look forward to seeing you there !

IS THERE A GIFT REGISTRY?

We ask our guest to bless us with your prayers and presence. Should you wish to contribute in some other way, we kindly request monetary gifts.

IS THIS A INDOOR OR OUTDOOR CEREMONY?

Answer

The Ceremony is outdoor on the beach. Reception is possibly outside as well but not yet determined. So dress accordingly.
