On March 9, 2025, at Park and 14th in Washington, D.C., God aligned two hearts in perfect timing. We weren’t searching for forever that night. Having both recently come out of long-term relationships, we stepped into that evening focused on healing, growth, and fresh beginnings. But God had greater plans. What started as a simple conversation quickly became something undeniable. From the very first exchange, there was honesty, ease, and peace — the kind of peace that can only come from divine alignment. We spoke openly about our pasts, our lessons, and what we were praying for in future love, not realizing we were standing in the very answer. God doesn’t make mistakes, and our connection was no accident. Over the months that followed, our bond deepened through travel, intentional dating, long conversations, shared laughter, and quiet moments that felt like home. What began as two people healing became two people choosing each other daily — building a love rooted in faith, friendship, trust, and joy. With grateful hearts and unwavering certainty, we look forward to standing before God and our loved ones on August 28, 2027, as we begin our forever. This love is intentional. This love is covered.
