The RSVP information will be on the invitation! There is a QR code that will take you to the Zola RSVP page.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes!

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. However, we will also be providing transportation from the hotel and encourage our guests to use it (especially those that plan to drink!)

Will the event be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, in a covered area. There will be plenty of seating. The cocktail hour will be outdoors, the reception will be indoors. In the event of inclement weather, it may be moved indoors.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We will do our absolute best to accommodate all dietary restrictions! Please let us know on the RSVP what your dietary restrictions are.

What is the beverage situation?

The event will be open bar! Please don't be stupid! We are providing transportation so no one will be drinking and driving.

What time do I need to be there?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm

Can I take photos?

Answer

While we welcome you to take as many photos as you want during the cocktail hour and reception, we kindly request that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer who will be diligently documenting everything! When we look back on our photos we want to see your smiling faces, not the back of your iphone! Please take this opportunity to be present with us!
