What is the recommended dress?

Answer

Our wedding is a formal event. Please refrain from wearing white or neon/bright colors. Neutral tones and shades of blue are recommended.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Our hotel block is at The Glass Light Studio & Gallery. Please see our "Travel & Accomodations" page for more information on the hotel block as well as other recommended hotels at various price points.

What is the address of the ceremony and reception?

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all being held at the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk, VA. Chrysler Museum of Art, 1 Memorial Pl, Norfolk, VA 23510

What time should we arrive at the wedding venue?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive at 6:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

Where should I park? Is parking free?

Answer

The Chrysler Museum of Art has a nice parking lot that is free for guests. Due to some construction at the Glass Studio parking may be limited. We recommend car pooling, or Lyfting/Ubering if possible.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Absolutely! There is a wheelchair lift available for guests. Please let us know if other accommodations are needed.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be indoors.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

The more the merrier. Please represent your plus one when you RSVP so we can assure they are accommodated for.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We are having a child-free wedding. Please no children under the age of 18 years old. This allows us to have an open bar for our guests and allows parents to have a much needed relaxing evening!

Can I take pictures of the ceremony?

Answer

We have an amazing photographer and will share ceremony photos with guests after the wedding. We ask that no phones or cameras be used during the ceremony.
