Altitude considerations

We wanted to let everyone know that the venue is located at an altitude of over 11,000 ft. If you are prone to altitude sickness or will be needing oxygen while attending the events, please let us know so we can alert the staff prior to the event.

What are COVID-19 protocols for the event?

Answer

We have been told that masks will be required while using the resort transportation, so please bring a mask just in case you plan to use their shuttles.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than June 15, 2021 to allow us the proper time to get everything ready for the event!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore children, we ask that you please leave them at home so you can fully enjoy our event without worrying about their needs and miss out on fun Adult time!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! If you book using our group reservation code via the travel section of this website you will have access to Complimentary Resort Transportation and other awesome perks!

What are the hotel options for groups of more than 2 people?

Answer

If you book using the link on the Travel page, you will have the option to select a condominium that can host up to 6 guests each! This is the most cost-effective option and we highly recommend that guests reserve these types of rooms first unless you prefer not sharing a space with others.
