Wedding Attire

Answer

We kindly request all-black attire to create a chic and cohesive look for our celebration. If all-black isn’t already in your wardrobe, dark tones or neutral accents are welcome to keep with the elegant theme. Together, it will help highlight the wedding party’s colors beautifully. For the Welcome Party on Thursday, any cocktail attire is acceptable :)

Should I dress for the weather?

Answer

Weather in Colorado can be unpredictable, so we encourage you to check the forecast as the date approaches. June is often sunny and beautiful, with average highs in the mid-70s to low 80s, but evenings can be cool, especially in the mountains. Afternoon storms are common but usually short-lived. Layers are always a good idea to stay comfortable throughout the day and night!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to venue requirements on supervision, we request that no one under the age of 14 is present at the ceremony and reception. Children are welcome to come to the cocktail hour/welcome party on Thursday night. If you cannot leave your children home and need assistance finding someone to babysit them during the ceremony, we will work to provide reputable sources. Please contact Matt or Ashton regarding this.

Will there be transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available from the hotel blocks to the venue and back. If you’re not staying at one of the hotels, you’re welcome to meet at the hotel pick-up locations. Parking is also available at the venue for those who prefer to drive.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

If not riding a shuttle, please plan to arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you’re seated and ready when it starts. Traffic on Interstate 70 may be heavy around the time of the ceremony.

Will there be food and drinks at the reception?

Answer

Yes! A full dinner and open bar will be provided at the reception. Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
