FAQs

The Wedding Website of Ashton Osterhaus and Felix Ulloa-Arias
Hopefully this helps! If you have any other questions please feel free to ask Ashton at (608) 697-6541 or Felix at (608) 863-6678. If it is the day prior or the day of the Wedding, please message our day-of coordinator (and close friend: please be nice) Lauren at (920) 723-1011.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you could RSVP yourself and other invitees that we listed by July 20, 2022, that would be awesome! Thank you!

Question

Alcohol?

Answer

Non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided! If you would like to bring your own drinks you are welcome to, but our venue only allows beer or wine. Alcoholic beverages must stay in the building and the immediate grounds around the Myrick Park Center. Hard liquors are prohibited.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola, Amazon, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Walmart.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress for the weather! Semi-formal, but comfortable is a good place to be in our opinion. The ceremony will be held outside if at all possible. If you decide to miss the ceremony but join us for the reception, that is perfectly acceptable and we will not be upset at your decision.

Question

Who can I bring?

Answer

Please only bring those addressed on the invitations or previously approved by the bride and groom. The space has a limited capacity, and the more dancing room the better!

Question

Hotel Options?

Answer

La Crosse has a large amount of hotel and motel options available! We have secured a hotel block at Country Inn & Suites ($) for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. There are a few wheelchair accessible rooms available within the block. Other options that we recommend are: Holiday Inn & Suites ($$) Fairfield Inn and Suites ($$$) AmericInn ($) Stoney Creek Hotel ($$) Hampton Inn & Suites ($$) Charmant Hotel ($$$)

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

For the most part. The building itself is completely accessible, including handicap stalls and automatic doors. The ceremony space is in a large grassy area, NOT complete with a paved walkway. It is quite flat, and the grounds are well taken care of, so we won't have to worry about large holes or too long of grass! If you think this may still be an issue, please contact the front desk of the Myrick Park Center ((608) 782- 2494) and they can give you more specifics.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know so we can try and have some options available for you! The sooner we know, the better and we'll keep in touch as needed.
