What Time Should I Arrive

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 in the evening, please arrive no later than 4:15pm to be seated with a welcome drink or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony. Doors will open at 4:00pm.

Are Kids Invited

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. The number of seats reserved for your party will be listed under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Feel free to dress to impress! Floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses are perfect for the occasion. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a dark suit and tie — a tux is welcome but not required. Most importantly, wear something you feel great in (and can dance in)! Please remember that while Colorado summers are hot, mountain evenings often bring a cool breeze. Ladies may appreciate a light covering for an evening outdoors.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors but the cocktail hour will be held outside to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains! Outdoor space will be available during the reception as well.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tap so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Of course there will be a bar! Not only alcoholic but also a cigar bar for those interested! Your beer, wine, signature cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes! But space is very limited, please plan to uber or take the shuttle if possible!

I am not from altitude, what should I do to prepare?

Answer

Remember, if you are coming from sea level or anything below 5000 ft in elevation hydration is key! Drink LOTS of water and electrolytes so you can enjoy your time with us! Also remember, alcohol tolerance is MUCH LOWER at elevation!

Will there be a meal option for guest with dietary restrictions or allergies?

If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know and we will arrange a meal safe for you!
