4:30 pm: Guest to reception hall for dinner and all foods
*We ask for no one to be at the bar during the bride and groom's grand entrance or wedding party’s grand entrance
-Bar opens: 5:00pm
5:30pm Wedding party grand entrance
-Bride and Groom’s grand entrance right after wedding party
Spillers first dance
Parent dances start
6:45pm: cut the cake
7:00pm: party time
9:30pm: Bar to close
9:30pm: Serve chicken and waffles to help sober up some
10:00pm: guest to leave/ start to clean venue
11:00pm: cleanup done
