FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request that all guests join us in celebrating our big day in cocktail attire, with a touch of Spring! Think florals, soft pastels, or fresh and light hues. We cannot wait to see you all dressed to impress! Please note that we are asking that guests stay away from denim, shorts, ballcaps, as well as white and ivory. The wedding will be primarily outdoors and in grass, please keep this in mind as you decide what shoes may be most comfortable.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited capacity, we will not be having children attend the ceremony or reception and ask that you all use this time as a well-deserved night out!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The names of the individuals invited to the ceremony and reception will be listed on the invitation. As we are having an intimate micro wedding, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the wedding is to begin. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm, and we ask that guests are seated at 5pm.

Question

Is the wedding outdoors? What if it rains?

Answer

We will be having our ceremony outside, rain or shine! We will have clear umbrellas provided for all guests for the ceremony in the event that it does rain! If it rains, our reception will be held inside of Cotton Hall. We ask that guests stay up to date with the weather in the Beaufort area, leading up to the wedding, and to please dress accordingly!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will send RSVP details with our save the dates, as well as our formal invitations. With our wedding being an intimate celebration, we ask that all guests send RSVPS back as soon as possible. Please respond by February 1, 2026. If you have not responded by that date, we will assume that you cannot attend.
